Block Time on 1967 Cessna 150H in Mill Bay, British Columbia

My C-150H is parked, covered, on the grass at Nanaimo (CYCD). It is in excellent condition and has just had its annual (Oct. 30/15). Low-time engine and airframe. Never a trainer. King nav/com and Garmin com with panel control. Transponder with Mode C. Artec M 406 ELT. There now 3 block-time pilots and I'm looking for a fourth. The "price" quoted above is per hour (dry) -- we buy our own fuel. Insurance requires a minimum of 250 hours' total time. The photo shows GHPK at Victoria in May xxxx.
